The Model 8350 features state-of-the-art motion control and software which allows the machine to run "lights out" 24/7. The Model 8350 utilizes our proprietary "Geometral" software which is user friendly and allows you to develope a part in as little as sixty seconds.
Unison's Autoloader The Model 8350 combines faster cycle times with a pick and place automated loading/unloading unit utilizing our custom designed, user’ friendly software. A major benefit of our automated parts loader is you can grind multiple tool styles in the same production cycle. For example, you can manufacture a specified number of tools of one style and then instantly change to another style of tool in the same pallet set-up.
