All DedTru® Fixtures, which are returned to Unison for complete rebuilding, are thoroughly evaluated, disassembled to its base, cleaned and inspected.  All parts, which do not pass inspection, are replaced.  A quotation will be supplied prior to rebuilding. Under routine conditions, your DedTru® Fixture will be on its way back to you within one week of its arrival at Unison Corporation. 

But if you have a breakdown and need a rebuild under emergency conditions, call us: Breakdown service is scheduled as top priority. However, scheduled preventive maintenance is always more convenient and less expensive.  Keep your DedTru® in top condition. 

Don't forget to send your power supply with your DedTru for a complete evaluation. A quotation will be supplied prior to repair.
